| About Us |
 |
 |
Cross Roads Inc was started in January of 1998. It is our mission to service the compliance needs of the trucking industry. Like most small businesses, Cross Roads began in the living room of President, Denise Clark. In the years to follow, Cross Roads grew tremendously and now has two offices located in Salem, Oregon and Granada Hills, California.
The staff at Cross Roads brings over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry to the needs of it's customers. Our staff has worked at various trucking companies, brokerages, and state agencies before joining the Cross Roads family. This gives us a unique perspective. We understand both sides ~ the carrier's and the state agency's. Take a moment to meet our staff.

Since starting with Cross Roads Inc in March of 1998, Jenni has
become an expert in her field as tax manager. Jenni is responsible for
completing the Fuel & Mileage Tax Reports, liasons with our clients
and state auditors in audit situations, and oversees the Log Auditing
Department.
We pride ourselves in our trip-sheet pre-auditing procedures. Our
office looks at the trip sheets of our clients, just as an auditor
would. Jenni's experience in this area insures that our clients do not
end up with a large audit bill! |

Denise Clark, President of Cross Roads Inc, handles all
administration, billing needs and questions. Denise brings her unique
experiences of working at the Oregon DMV prior to the implementation of
IRP and IFTA, and her experience working for trucking companies and
brokerages, in order to service her clients.
Denise has served as President and Chairman of the Board with the North American Transportation Services Association.
It is her experience and vision that has propelled Cross Roads to where it is today. |
